How we teach
Every lesson has a clear purpose. We start by checking what you can already do, set one or two goals for the lesson, and finish with honest feedback and a plan for next time. That keeps your lessons efficient, so you are not paying to repeat the same things.
We explain things in plain English and let you try before we correct. We stay calm, even when things go wrong, because that is how people learn. And we only put you in for your test when you are ready, because a pass is the goal, not just a booking.
Local to Burnley
We know the hills in Burnley and Padiham, the busy junctions in Nelson and Accrington, the M65 slip roads and the quiet streets that suit a first lesson. Most local learners take their test at the Nelson test centre, and we prepare you on the types of roads you will meet there.
We cover Burnley and East Lancashire, with pick-up from your home, work, school or college. See our passed students for the learners we have helped so far.
